The experience begins the minute your Min Sol arrives and you begin opening your package. We hope you enjoy opening your beautifully packaged Min Sol order as much as we loved putting it together for you. You can recycle (or reuse) all of our Min Sol packaging.

We aim for all Min Sol orders to arrive within 3 - 7 working days after the order has been placed.

If you're sending a gift to someone, let us know and we'll send it straight to the person receiving it, with a handwritten card. 

All you need to do is: 

1) add the 'send a written card with your gift' option to your basket, or choose one of our many cards found in our stationery section. 

2) when you first see your cart, under your order, you'll be asked "are you sending this as a gift?" - underneath this, you'll be asked to share the message you'd like included in your card.

1. Print off your order email and include it in the box with the item you're looking to return.

2. Send it back to us at Min Sol Ltd, 17 Hampden Road, Bristol, BS4 2JN, within 30 days of purchase.

3. Providing it's in the same condition it arrived to you in, we'll issue a refund.

In most cases, you will receive the refund within 10 working days. However, processing time can vary between banks.
